The old Clivet rooftop units have been replaced by 12 high-crowding rooftop units of the CLIVETPack2 CSNX-XHE2 series which, compared to the previous series, have much higher efficiencies thanks to the technological innovations they are equipped with: THOR thermodynamic recovery, electronically controlled fans, ECOBREEZE, FREE-COOLING device to reduce the consumption of the fans of the external section.

The units are designed to produce only the cooling or heating energy really needed to condition the rooms, adapting their operation according to the thermal load detected by the dedicated temperature and humidity probes. In addition, the amount of fresh air is modulated according to the actual crowding of the rooms, calculated on the basis of the amount of CO2 detected by the air quality probes.
With the new rooftops, air quality is also improved thanks to electronic filters with iFD technology, which guarantee a filtration efficiency of up to ISO ePM1 90%, the equivalent of an absolute filter. In addition, thanks to the very low pressure drop, they allow considerable cost savings for ventilation.

All of this is entrusted to Clivet's INTELLIAIR centralised management and supervision system, which allows the desired temperature and air quality parameters for each room to be set simply, functionally and independently, as well as controlling and monitoring the operating status of the system and the individual air-conditioning units installed.
With this solution, the newly installed system can guarantee not only even greater comfort than the replacement system, but also significant energy savings and consequent reduction of running costs.
