START-UP

Commissioning

Clivet's qualified technicians carry out the first start-up of the unit.

WARRANTY

The warranty on Clivet units can vary , depending on the product and on the contractual conditions. During the warranty period any work must be carried out by authorised service centres and original spare parts must be used.

Warranty extension

The warranty can be extended up to a maximum of 5 years in the life of the unit. The extension must be requested when purchasing the unit, and must be accompanied by the signing of a maintenance contract valid for the duration of the warranty.

INTERVENTIONS

Clivet has an extensive network of service centres that guarantees rapid and professional interventions, also with the support of internal CLIVET technicians. Contact the After-Sales Service to request information or an offer, indicating the serial number of the unit, the site address and the reason for the visit or send a request to the link.

SPARE PARTS

Original Clivet spare parts are available from the spare parts warehouse at the Clivet headquarters in Feltre. Clivet guarantees original spare parts, available both in the dedicated warehouse at the headquarters and in local warehouses.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

The purpose of the maintenance contracts is to ensure the smooth operation of the unit over time, through a series of activities deriving from our experience. The maintenance contract guarantees locked-in rates, discounts on spare parts and reduced intervention times.
