Comfort Clivet for the new Euronews studios in Tirana

In 2019 Euronews, the number one international news channel in Europe, opened a new office in Tirana, Albania, thus creating a news hub for Albanian-speaking territories.
 
The challenge

The challenge for the designer of the air conditioning system was to create a welcoming environment both in summer and in winter for all employees and journalists committed every day to inform viewers on major national and international events, without sacrificing energy savings and simplicity of management.

The solution

The unit installed is CSRN-XHE2 60.4 Air-cooled, air-cooled, high-efficiency autonomous air conditioner type "Roof Top" with thermodynamic energy recovery option of the THOR exhaust air that increases the energy recovered, improving the overall efficiency of the unit and also equipped with modulating motorized free cooling damper, variable speed external section fan consumption reduction device and remote control user interface. This unit produces heat and cold as required with fresh, clean air. 

The results

The installed unit guarantees air quality and maximum thermal comfort in all seasons with great energy efficiency, allowing to contain the management costs. Management and maintenance are very simple, satisfying this customer's request as well.
