The residential building in Via Cisterna in Latina, a complex of 10 flats and 5 small villas of different sizes, is an example of how heat pumps are the ideal solution for heating, cooling and producing domestic hot water with reduced consumption and respecting the environment.

The solution

Each flat is equipped with its own Sphera EVO heat pump with ecological R32 refrigerant and 250 litre hot water storage tank.  Thanks to its inverter technology, Sphera EVO is able to adapt its operation to the real needs, always guaranteeing the desired temperature throughout the house in all seasons, with optimal energy consumption. 
Fully electric operation has also made it possible to completely eliminate local emissions of combustion gases for cleaner air.
The high efficiency of the system has contributed to achieving energy class A2.
