I Gemelli multifunctional complex

Fast installation and energy savings for the new offices housing Autoscuola Sambinelli in the I Gemelli commercial/directional centre in Bolgare with the VRF MV6 system.

The challenge

"I Gemelli" is a new building in class A2, housing commercial activities and offices.
The structure is made of wood and reinforced concrete, with rock wool insulation in the internal walls and aluminium frames with double glazing.

For the 400 m2 destined to house the Sambinelli driving school, BuildUp, the construction and real estate company specialising in the creation and enhancement of living spaces, owner of the building, chose the Clivet MV6 VRF system.
