ALDAR HEADQUARTERS
Challenge, solution, results
The challenge was to ensure total air quality and maximum acoustic comfort.
The particular architectural structure has proved to be a very important constraint since the design phase, making it impossible to use the outdoor spaces for the necessary systems.
For aesthetic and visual integration needs, the service rooms would only be reserved for internal spaces with clearly defined dimensions.
Through the use of high performance and reliability air conditioning systems, in particular with an hydronic system, Clivet has been able to meet the needs.
Thanks to the design choices made, the air conditioning system is invisible from the outside, integrating fully into the architectural structure.
